Suspect is an adolescent female with purple hair and several piercings. She identifies herself as Val Steele. Due to her bright hair color, she is easily observed stealing by surveillance cameras. As a result, she is strip-searched for the goods. The Loss Prevention Officer eventually discovers an expensive watch in the suspect’s underwear.
