Growing up in a less privileged family can be challenging for some teenage girls, but this is not an excuse for them to commit crimes. Ophelia might seem like a nice girl, but she had no better idea than trying to steal a dress for her upcoming Winter Formal. Their parents cannot really afford to buy her a cute outfit and, out of desperation, the teenage delinquent went into the mall and attempted to take some stuff to be the prettiest gal in the room. Yet Officer Bronson caught her red-handed and he is not really the kind of guy to let perpetrators get away with their crimes.
